I have tried again and again to tell my fucking dad, who doesn't give half a shit, and my (technical) step-mother, who thinks taking away his fucking phone and talking to him does justice. I disagree. A lot.

My life continues to go down the shitter as I keep getting more and more emotionally unstable, with a rage equal to that of a pissed-off bull. I can't continue living the way I am, being beat on by the douche who I am related to.
