Heat's only on like two days a week in my apartment, but it isn't like it's below freezing which is when the heat is on every day. By the way, about your heating problem, I agree. You shouldn't try to save money, you should keep your tenants warm. Make a complaint about it to them, perhaps?

Complaints don't work. I tried complaining by starting a fundraiser for the building improvement, and it actually collected a large sum of money. That's cold! It gets around 20 degrees later in the winter, which sucks because I have to wear two jackets.
